In fact police (& authority in general) should try to safeguard young couples if they r above 18 & if they have valid ID proof.

Misuse of Maharashtra Police Act sec 110 & 117 by Policemen
Policemen are misusing Maharashtra Police act section 110 & 117. They r unnecessarily harassing young (married & unmarried) couples in the state. Where should young couples go & talk? There r some matters which married couples cannot speak at home in front of the elderly people. So they search a peaceful place. Police is already there in search of soft targets or easy prey. Police should stop such activities & concentrate on important matters.
